Key responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs, algorithms and specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable C++ code that meets the company’s quality standards and follows Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with solution managers, analysts, consultants and QA engineers to validate requirements and refine solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Support and evolve existing features based on user feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
• Strong algorithmic and conceptual thinking with a passion for clean architecture.
• Ability to work in a multinational, customer‑focused environment.
