Key responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs, algorithms and specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable C++ code that meets the company’s quality standards and follows Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with solution managers, analysts, consultants and QA engineers to validate requirements and refine solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Support and evolve existing features based on user feedback and performance data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
- Strong algorithmic and conceptual thinking with a passion for clean architecture.
- Ability to work in a multinational, customer‑focused environment.
