Senior Account Executive – BeLux (Strategic Sales & Channel Development)

About the role
We are partnering with an innovative vendor in the backup and data protection market that is rapidly gaining share from established players. As a Senior Account Executive for the BeLux region, you will own the full sales cycle, build new channel partnerships and drive enterprise revenue across key verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead direct sales activities across Belgium and Luxembourg, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify, recruit and onboard resellers, distributors and strategic alliances to create a scalable channel ecosystem.
- Develop and nurture enterprise relationships in finance, energy, public sector and other target industries.
- Accurately forecast revenue and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for a high‑potential region.
Required profile
- Proven track record selling backup, storage or data‑protection solutions.
- Experience building channel ecosystems from the ground up.
- Established network of VARs, distributors and enterprise buyers in the BeLux market.
- Self‑starter with a hunter mindset, able to thrive without pre‑qualified leads.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically.
