Area Sales Manager – Prosthetics (Benelux)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Area Sales Manager to lead our prosthetics sales efforts across the Benelux region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will own the full territory (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and help shape the future of mobility solutions for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives to grow market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prosthetists, rehabilitation centres, hospitals and distributors.
• Provide product demonstrations, training and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and high‑potential accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Required profile

• Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably prosthetics, orthopaedics or rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently within a defined territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region.
• Fluency in Dutch; English and/or French are strong advantages.
• Valid driving licence.
