Sales Trainee Internship

About the role

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is looking for an energetic student to join its Proactive Sales team as a Sales Trainee. The internship lasts five or six months, starts in July 2026 and is based in Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and create presentations, coordinating sales activities
• Plan events and meet clients to showcase the hotel
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting calls and networking events
• Attend strategic client meetings and help secure annual contracts
• Work with the teams to deliver an excellent client experience

Required profile

• Student in Hospitality Management or Business with a five- or six-month internship agreement starting July 2026
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus
• Communicative, customer-service oriented, energetic and able to stay calm under pressure
