Front Office Trainee - Internship

About the role

Hilton Brussels Grand Place, located in the heart of Brussels, is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Trainee to join its team. The role sits at the heart of the guest experience, from welcoming guests to handling their requests, and offers hands-on experience in a prestigious international hotel within a welcoming, experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth, personalised check-in and check-out.
• Prepare and coordinate daily arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest requests and anticipate their needs.
• Manage and update guest information in the hotel systems.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Learn Hilton's standards of excellence and hotel operations.

Required profile

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field, with an internship agreement of at least 6 months.
• Comfortable communicating in English and French; knowledge of Dutch or another language is a strong asset.
• Passionate about hospitality and enjoys interacting with people.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with computer systems.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
