Housekeeping Supervisor Internship

About the role

The DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is looking for a dynamic intern to join its team as a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee. The internship immerses you fully in hotel operations, with a focus on managing the Housekeeping department, working alongside an experienced team in a friendly and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms so that each meets Hilton standards before guests arrive.
• Assign and monitor rooms to be cleaned, allocating them to room attendants according to priorities and the hotel's occupancy schedule.
• Carry out quality control on bedding, bathrooms, technical equipment and minibars, and make sure issues are fixed quickly.
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance so that rooms are available on time.
• Handle guest requests such as extra beds, rooms with a view or specific amenities.
• Help train, motivate and supervise the Housekeeping team, and learn and apply upscale cleaning procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
• Student in Hospitality Management or another relevant field.
• Excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a team.
• Eager to develop management skills.
• Available from September 2025, ideally for about six months.
