Sales Trainee - Hospitality Internship

About the role

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is looking for an energetic trainee to join its team as a Sales Trainee. The role sits at the heart of the hotel's commercial activities, from event planning and client meetings to identifying new business opportunities in the surrounding neighbourhood.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and create impactful presentations
• Coordinate sales activities efficiently
• Take part in event planning and client meetings
• Identify new business opportunities through sales calls and networking events
• Work closely with the teams to help deliver an outstanding guest experience

Required profile

• Student in Hospitality Management, Communication, Business or a related field
• Internship agreement for a minimum of five months, available from January 2027
• Comfortable communicating in English and French; Dutch or another language is an asset
• Communicative, customer-service oriented, calm in busy situations, energetic and team-oriented
