Food & Beverage Management Trainee

About the role

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Management Trainee to join its team. The role sits at the heart of the department's operations, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in both operational and administrative tasks while taking part in projects within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in the Serra Bar & Restaurant and during events, with attention to detail and warm hospitality.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily coordination of department operations.
• Support the administrative management of the Food & Beverage department.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and to innovative Food & Beverage projects.

Required profile

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business or a related field.
• Internship agreement for a minimum of 3 months, starting from October 2026.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
