Reservations, Groups & Events Sales Internship (Booking Success)

About the role

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is looking for an energetic intern to join its Booking Success team. After a short immersion in the operational departments (Group Operations Success, Banqueting and Front Office), you will handle individual reservations and group and meeting sales, work with the Sales team to boost revenue and occupancy, and help put successful sales strategies into action.

Key responsibilities

• Handle individual reservations, group bookings and meeting sales
• Respond to guest enquiries by email, phone or during hotel visits and deliver excellent service
• Work with the Sales team to increase room and meeting space occupancy
• Help implement successful sales strategies

Required profile

• Studying Hospitality Management or Business, with an internship agreement of at least five months (the longer, the better)
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus
• Communicative, customer-service oriented, calm under pressure and team player
