Meetings and Events Trainee

About the role

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for an energetic and motivated trainee to join its Meetings & Events team. This internship gives an insight into meetings and events within the hotel, working alongside an experienced team and contributing to the full management of guests' events in a friendly and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and preparing attractive offers and proposals
• Learn how to draft contracts and manage invoicing
• Help ensure guests' satisfaction and well-being throughout their stay and event
• Take part in weekly meetings with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to coordinate and plan upcoming events

Required profile

• Comfortable communicating in English and French with international clientele; knowledge of Dutch or another language is a plus
• Studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field
• Internship agreement starting from December/January 2027 for a minimum of 6 months
• Positive, dynamic and eager to learn

Required skills

• Strong administrative and/or commercial skills are a great advantage
