About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Nestlé Belgium, you will drive growth for strategic customers by developing and executing comprehensive account plans. You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to Nestlé’s purpose of improving quality of life for individuals and communities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a detailed Customer Plan that aligns with business objectives and customer strategies.
- Execute sales plans for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent measurement of results and corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with cross‑functional leaders and senior stakeholders beyond the immediate buyer.
- Achieve agreed‑upon Key Account targets and KPIs while adhering to Nestlé’s trade, safety, and legal policies.
Required profile
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management (master’s preferred).
- Experience in field sales, account management, business development or category development within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
- Strong analytical ability, autonomy, and a proactive, creative approach to business development.
