Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Join Sennheiser’s B2B customer support team in Brussels, providing solution‑based assistance to music stores, integrators and dealers across the BeNeFra region. You will ensure customers feel valued by delivering accurate, timely information and handling orders efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Process order entry, apply discounts after proper approvals, and provide pricing and backorder details with estimated ship dates.
• Interface with Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Marketing, Service, Warehouse and Technical Support to guarantee smooth order processing.
• Attend product trainings and maintain up‑to‑date customer files.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service or order handling experience in a technical sales environment.
• Fluent oral and written communication in French, Dutch and English.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Brussels.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
