Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing & Communication)

About the role

Luminex Network Intelligence is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communication team. You will support the creation of high‑quality visual assets for marketing, press, product communication, templates, technical documents, and internal materials, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphic assets for marketing, press, sales, events, digital channels and internal communication, including banners, social media visuals, product images, newsletters, website graphics and campaign materials.
• Prepare and clean up technical documents, product sheets, manuals, support documents and presentations, ensuring they follow the Luminex visual style and template guidelines.
• Maintain and organise the graphic asset library, collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Support and Documentation teams, and handle fast‑turnaround production requests while preserving brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong visual precision with an eye for layout, spacing, alignment and consistency.
• Hands‑on production mindset, eager to create, adapt, export and resize visual assets.
• Ability to work within an established visual identity and maintain brand consistency.
• Junior‑level experience or academic background in graphic design.
