Senior Designer – Brand Operations (Dutch market)

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Brand Operations team. You will design and adapt creative assets for the Dutch market across CRM, acquisition, loyalty and brand campaigns, ensuring every communication is engaging, brand‑consistent and of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt assets for multiple digital channels such as email, banners, social media, onsite pages and push notifications.
• Localise multi‑market campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Maintain quality, consistency and technical accuracy of all delivered assets.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director throughout campaign execution.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Challenge briefs, propose creative solutions and improve templates, workflows and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding and digital production.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously with great attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Professional command of Dutch and good English; French is a plus.
