Graphic Designer & AI Content Specialist

About the role

As a Graphic Designer & AI Content Specialist you will blend strong visual design expertise with cutting‑edge AI tools to create compelling packaging, branding, presentations and digital assets. Working in an international, cross‑functional environment, you will support Category Management, Product Development, Sales and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, product visuals, logos, presentations, leaflets and sales materials that reflect a consistent brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts for new products, retail brands and customer‑specific projects.
• Support website, digital and social‑media content creation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, mood‑board creation, renderings and marketing assets.
• Prompt AI platforms effectively to translate business needs into professional visuals.
• Explore and test emerging AI solutions for image, video and content generation.
• Share AI workflow tips and inspire colleagues to adopt AI‑supported creative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding or packaging design.
• Strong visual creativity, attention to detail and solid layout, typography and branding sense.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• AI generation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Sora.
• Prompt engineering / strong prompting skills.
