Content Designer – AI Chatbot & UX Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Designer who will shape AI‑driven conversational experiences for public‑sector clients. You will create intuitive dialogues, define tone of voice and ensure accessibility across chatbot and voice assistant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design dialogues, content flows and end‑to‑end conversational journeys for chatbots and AI assistants.
• Define tone of voice, content strategy and UX guidelines aligned with WCAG standards.
• Collaborate with AI, development, architecture and business teams using tools such as Botpress, Voiceflow and Rasa.
• Analyse user feedback and continuously improve journeys based on insights and best practices.
• Produce documentation, recommendations and reports to support design governance.
• Participate in testing, governance processes and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX and content design projects.
• Good knowledge of conversational AI, NLP and Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture and content strategy.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional Dutch and/or French a plus).
