Junior Financial Architect (Finance Officer)

About the role

Atos is seeking a Junior Financial Architect to join its Financial Architect team covering Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics. The role sits within the core bid team and works closely with sales, solution and bid management to shape the financial and commercial aspects of complex proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end financial lifecycle of bids, including pricing, commercial structuring and risk assessment.
• Gather cost data from solution teams, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings.
• Prepare structured financial analyses and presentations for internal governance and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as finance, tax, treasury, risk, legal and delivery teams.
• Develop deal pricing models, “what‑if” scenarios and compelling client submissions.
• Assist in client‑facing activities, including meeting preparation and presentations.

Required profile

• Few years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
• Analytical, structured mindset with strong financial curiosity.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude, willing to challenge and improve deal outcomes.
• Team‑oriented, able to thrive in high‑pressure, collaborative bid environments.
• Client‑focused with a drive to create winning proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear messages.
