Insurance Analyst – Senior Role in Brussels

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Insurance Senior Analyst to join its Brussels team. You will help shape and deliver innovative technology solutions for leading insurance clients, leveraging AI and modern delivery methods.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of client‑focused insurance solutions.
• Manage your own scope within international IT transformation projects for the Financial Services industry.
• Analyze complex insurance issues and propose effective, technology‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with near‑shore and off‑shore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to Accenture’s global insurance network and help grow project teams.

Required profile

• Work experience in at least one insurance domain (e.g., Life or Non‑Life).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and solution description.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own project scope.
• Familiarity with various delivery methodologies and frameworks; AI affinity is a plus.
