Junior Brand Manager (VIE) – Marketing – Belgium

About the role

Join Bel’s Marketing team in Belgium as a Junior Brand Manager on a 12‑month VIE mission. You will work on iconic brands such as Maredsous and Boursin, gaining a 360° view of brand management in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the brand’s annual and long‑term strategy (2027‑2029 roadmap).
• Conduct market analysis, track category trends, competition and consumer insights.
• Monitor brand performance using Nielsen data, internal KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and internal reports.
• Help define and execute media plans across TV, digital, social and influencer channels.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies for briefings, follow‑up and evaluation.
• Develop sales support tools (POS materials, promo assets) and drive in‑store activation projects.
• Contribute to product innovation pipelines, from pre‑exploration to market launch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional, eligible for a VIE assignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for consumer goods.
• Bold, pragmatic and determined attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (sales, supply, finance).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Nielsen market data and KPI monitoring.
