Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will turn strategy into well‑orchestrated digital campaigns that drive brand impact and B2B lead generation. You will join a marketing team of around 20 professionals and work closely with content, design, performance, community and automation specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate digital campaigns aligned with brand‑building and lead‑generation goals.
• Translate business objectives into clear briefings, KPIs and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Set up and monitor lead‑generation and nurturing flows across multiple digital channels.
• Collaborate with media specialists to challenge targeting, budget allocation, channel mix and creative performance.
• Track performance, analyse results and implement optimisations while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital campaign management, preferably B2B.
• Strong ability to brief campaigns and define measurable KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
• Comfortable challenging media buying decisions constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder alignment and structured work style.
• Professional command of English; additional Dutch, French or German is a plus.
