Field Enablement Consultant

About the role

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Field Enablement Consultant to drive the global rollout of digital content authoring tools and support CRM readiness. The role involves hands‑on delivery, guiding markets through structured communication, training and hyper‑care support in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and worldwide rollout of digital content‑authoring tools across multiple markets.
• Develop rollout communications, training materials and onboarding content.
• Coordinate hyper‑care planning, issue tracking and post‑rollout follow‑up.
• Contribute to CRM readiness activities and create market‑support documentation.
• Identify recurring market needs, process gaps and dependencies to improve operational efficiency.
• Produce reusable playbooks, templates and process guidance to enhance scalability and market self‑sufficiency.
• Translate operational findings into recommendations for future field enablement operating models.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management and digital delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of digital content, CRM or marketing technology environments.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Structured, proactive, solution‑oriented and collaborative working style.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
