About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused IT Service Technician to be the primary point of contact for technical support across our European and UK operations. The role blends strong technical expertise with high‑quality service delivery, offering both onsite deskside assistance and remote troubleshooting to ensure a seamless technology experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests, managing the help‑desk ticket queue with timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Provide onsite deskside support and remote troubleshooting while maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
  • Monitor recurring issues, proactively escalating situations that could impact business operations.
  • Support a wide range of IT systems, including desktop applications, productivity tools, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, ERP, warehouse management, and database‑driven applications.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, including equipment tagging, hardware tracking, and coordination with external vendors.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and application‑related issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a formal service desk, helpdesk, or IT support environment with a focus on ticket quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working in Windows enterprise environments, including Active Directory administration and user account management.
  • Background supporting users across multiple sites or distributed environments, including remote troubleshooting.
  • Experience with enterprise or business‑critical applications such as ERP, CRM, warehouse management, or manufacturing systems.

Required skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, networking, and applications.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to differentiate device, network, and application issues.
  • Familiarity with IP phone systems and user support for moves, adds, and changes.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft productivity environments (e.g., Office 365).
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows OS, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and warehouse management software.
