Groups Operations Success Internship

About the role

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is looking for an energetic intern to join its team as a Groups Operations Success Trainee. The internship immerses you in the world of meetings and events at the hotel, working alongside an experienced team on the end-to-end management of clients' events in a friendly and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, answering enquiries and preparing tailored offers
• Learn the basics of invoicing
• Look after clients throughout their stay to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
• Take part in weekly meetings with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to plan upcoming events
• Support Banqueting, Breakfast or Restaurant service according to operational needs

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus
• Student of Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business or Event Management with an internship agreement starting in January 2027 for at least four months (six months preferred)
• Friendly, energetic and eager to learn
