Global Sales Manager

About the role

We are an international industrial technology company seeking a Global Sales Manager to join our commercial team in Belgium. The role focuses on market development and demand creation for our advanced materials portfolio across new global markets and industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new global markets and industrial applications for advanced materials.
• Qualify, validate and convert high‑value opportunities from early market development through to revenue generation.
• Demonstrate the technical, operational and commercial advantages of our materials to end users and partners.
• Build strong relationships with end users, industrial partners and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, product and marketing teams to support material qualification, adoption and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Sales professional with a strong engineering background, preferably chemical engineering.
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing complex, technically driven sales opportunities.
• Confidence to challenge established customer processes and present alternative technical solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

• Salary up to €110,000 gross per year, plus variable component.
