Sales Development Representative

About the role

Landfriend is scaling its sales efforts across Western Europe and is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and promote its SaaS solution for agricultural points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads and hunt new prospects in the assigned geographical market.
• Conduct cold emails and cold calls to engage a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
• Promote the software by demonstrating deep product knowledge.
• Deliver high‑level product demos to spark interest among prospects.
• Build networks, understand prospect needs and create business opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive‑minded and passionate about a career in sales.
• Near‑native Dutch and proficient English.
• 2–3+ years of prospecting experience with a strong performance record.
• Experience selling SaaS or software solutions.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations with leads.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking and able to solve new challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication with a hunter mindset.
• Result‑oriented and driven to exceed targets.
