Global Projects Lead

About the role

The Global Projects Lead will act as the primary link between Double Pass, its football‑industry clients and internal expert teams. The role focuses on delivering audit and strategic projects while also supporting education and implementation initiatives. You will manage end‑to‑end project execution, from scoping to presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Audit & Analysis engagements and related strategic projects, including scope definition, planning, fieldwork coordination, synthesis and final reporting.
• Translate project scope into detailed delivery plans covering methodology, stakeholder mapping, interview schedules, data requests, site visits, workshops, milestones and follow‑up.
• Coordinate internal Double Pass experts and external consultants across audit, education and implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment on roles, outputs and quality.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, enforce delivery discipline and trigger escalations when needed.
• Support the transition from audit findings to education and implementation initiatives, helping clients move from diagnosis to actionable road‑maps.
• Ensure analytical rigor and consistency across assessments, overseeing production of client‑facing outputs such as reports, executive summaries, scorecards, slide decks and workshop materials.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project leadership, preferably in consulting, audit or talent‑development environments.
• Strong client‑facing orientation with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making and rigorous methodology.
• Ability to drive results, manage risks and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
