Front Office Trainee - Luxury Hotel, Brussels

About the role

The Hotel. Brussels, a luxury hotel located close to the European institutions, is looking for a Front Office Trainee to act as an ambassador of guest service. The internship lasts at least three months, five days a week, and is open to students who do not necessarily study Hospitality Management.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and create a lasting first impression
• Handle check-in and check-out
• Answer telephone calls politely and efficiently
• Share Brussels' best addresses and hidden gems with guests
• Manage reservations and special guest requests
• Work closely with the hotel's other departments to ensure a great guest experience

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus
• An outgoing personality and a passion for guest service
• An internship agreement for 2026, for a minimum of three months, five days a week
