About the role
Huble, a global HubSpot, AI, marketing and creative consultancy, is seeking a French‑speaking Head of Sales to build and lead its commercial presence across the Benelux region, with an initial focus on France and Belgium. This is a quota‑carrying individual contributor role that will evolve into a sales leadership position as the market expands.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through Huble’s sales process.
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, identify target accounts, and run outreach cadences.
- Attend industry events to generate pipeline and raise Huble’s market visibility.
- Collaborate with HubSpot sales and partner teams to capture referral opportunities.
- Lead full‑cycle sales activities: discovery meetings, solution presentations, RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Maintain accurate sales data in HubSpot and provide regular forecast and activity reports.
Required profile
- Senior B2B sales professional with experience in digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech or related technology services.
- Proven ability to run the entire sales cycle independently and build pipelines from scratch.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch/Flemish is a plus.
- Motivated to own and grow a regional market, not just meet a quota.
