Food and Beverage Operational Internship (Restaurant)

About the role

The Hotel Brussels, part of the Pandox investment group, is looking for a passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage trainee to join its team in the heart of Brussels' luxury hospitality. You will help set up banquets, receptions and exclusive events, refine your attention to detail and contribute to giving every guest an unforgettable experience alongside a professional and inspiring team.

Required profile

• Student in Hospitality Management or Tourism with an internship agreement of at least three months, with the possibility of staying up to 12 months.
• Fluent in English and French, able to communicate confidently with international guests; Dutch or another language is an advantage.
• Communicative, attentive and guest-service oriented, with energy, teamwork and professionalism.
• A genuine passion for Food & Beverage and upscale hospitality.
