Food and Beverage Operational Internship (Banquet)

About the role

The Hotel Brussels, part of the Pandox investment group, is looking for a passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage trainee to join its banquet and event team. You will help set up banquets, receptions and exclusive events, refine your attention to detail and contribute to giving every guest an unforgettable experience alongside a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with setting up banquets, receptions and exclusive events
• Refine attention to detail and help deliver high-end guest service
• Develop practical skills in Food & Beverage operations and guest relations

Required profile

• Student in Hospitality Management or Tourism with an internship agreement of at least three months, up to 12 months
• Fluent English and French; Dutch or another language is an advantage
• Communicative, attentive, guest-service oriented and energetic, able to work well in a team
• A genuine passion for Food & Beverage and upscale hospitality
