Executive Assistant to the SVP, Product Quality & Innovation

About the role

This position supports the Senior Vice President of Product Quality & Innovation, acting as a trusted extension of the leader in a fast‑moving, international environment. The Executive Assistant ensures the SVP can focus on strategic priorities by handling all administrative and coordination tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong partnership with the SVP, anticipating needs and managing priorities.
• Maintain a complex global calendar, arrange travel, prepare meeting materials, handle correspondence and expense reports.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and off‑site sessions from planning through execution.
• Serve as a reliable liaison between the SVP and internal stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Support communication initiatives and cross‑functional projects as required.

Required profile

• Significant experience supporting senior leaders in a multinational organization.
• Exceptional organizational, planning and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and travel occasionally.
