About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top‑level support to senior executives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, handling calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare executives for meetings, including agenda creation and material compilation.
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and various documents as needed.
  • Handle logistical arrangements and follow‑up actions arising from meetings.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and follow‑up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
