About the role

The Flavours Group (Compass Group) is seeking a dynamic Director for its Sports & Leisure segment. You will lead the VIP and event catering business, shaping strategy, driving financial performance, and delivering premium hospitality experiences at high‑visibility sporting events.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously refine the Sports & Leisure strategy.
• Own the P&L, ensuring strong financial results and sustainable growth.
• Guarantee flawless execution of catering services during high‑intensity events.
• Develop innovative, premium catering concepts that enhance the guest experience.
• Inspire, coach and lead expert teams across operations and service delivery.
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, event organisers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in event catering, premium hospitality or the events industry.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer experience and quality.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
• Natural affinity for sports and live events.
• Fluency in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
