About the role

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Radisson Hotel Group. The role combines creativity, learning, and a passion for gastronomy to deliver exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure high‑quality guest dining throughout the hotel.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries and resolve problems.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
• Control costs and inventory, meet productivity targets and uphold departmental plans.
• Maintain effective relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary expertise and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
