Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to support and enhance our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our security posture and promote a culture of resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISMS according to ISO 27001 requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
• Develop, review and update security policies, standards and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Raise cybersecurity awareness through training initiatives and advisory support.

Required profile

• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management or information security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST Cybersecurity Framework or similar standards.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, audit processes and security governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
