Delivery Manager Insurance

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale insurance transformation programs. You will combine deep insurance knowledge with delivery excellence to help leading insurers modernize core platforms, leverage data and AI, and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on digital, core system, data, AI and regulatory challenges.
• Establish governance, risk management, quality controls and financial oversight for program profitability.
• Build and inspire multidisciplinary on‑shore and off‑shore teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Support business development activities such as client pursuits, proposals and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering large IT and business transformation programs in the insurance industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C‑level executives.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets, commercial delivery and program governance.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams in complex delivery environments.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of insurance products and operating models (life, non‑life, claims, policy administration, etc.).
• Expertise in core system modernization, digital platforms, cloud, data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
