Delivery Manager – Employee Benefits Transformation

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale Employee Benefits and Group Insurance transformation programs for major insurers and employers in Belgium. You will combine deep industry knowledge with strong leadership to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation, covering group life, pensions, disability, health, and administration.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on pension reform, digital transformation, customer experience and operational excellence.
• Manage program financials, governance, risk, and profitability with full P&L responsibility.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, product and operations.
• Drive steering committees, executive governance forums and ensure transparent stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, account growth and practice thought leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading business and technology transformation initiatives in Employee Benefits and Group Insurance.
• Proven experience delivering platform modernization, digital transformation and data/AI projects.
• Strong understanding of benefits operating models, regulatory requirements and broker ecosystems.
• Experience managing large programs with budgeting, governance and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead distributed delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and good command of Dutch and/or French.
