About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Banquet Waiter (M&E Host) and help create memorable events for our guests. You will be part of a dynamic banquets team, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the banquets department, delivering conference and banquet services to the highest standards.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest enquiries, maximizing satisfaction and comfort.
• Carry out assigned duties and tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• Help achieve departmental plans, hotel initiatives and performance targets.
• Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to control costs, manage inventory and maintain productivity.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Creative problem‑solver who takes ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
