Senior Account Executive – Hospitality Sales

About the role

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Hospitality sales team in Ghent. This strategic role focuses on building relationships with high‑profile hospitality businesses, from Michelin‑starred restaurants to luxury hotel groups, and guiding them through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for strategic hospitality accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute account strategies for high‑value prospects, identifying key stakeholders and growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers such as owners, founders, General Managers and C‑level executives.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational and commercial challenges and position Lightspeed as a strategic technology partner.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demos that address each customer’s specific business model and objectives.
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of strategic opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good command of English.
• Proven B2B sales experience in a consultative or strategic account role, preferably within SaaS, technology or hospitality.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
• Passion for hospitality and understanding of the operational realities of premium restaurants and hotels.
• Resilient, curious and ownership‑driven with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
