About the role
The Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott Brussels ensures smooth front‑office operations during the overnight shift while completing the nightly audit process. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and handle all concierge and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform the nightly audit, reconciling all transactions and preparing reports.
- Manage front‑office duties such as check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest inquiries during night hours.
- Respond to concierge requests and provide personalized guest service.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Night Receptionist or Night Auditor.
- Strong attention to detail and service‑mindset.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
