Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to uphold the highest standards of guest service in a luxury 5‑star resort. You will support the Front Office team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Communicate goals and strategies clearly and oversee front‑of‑house operations.
• Provide on‑floor support, schedule staff, manage purchasing, and maintain operational supplies.
• Run the employee recognition and engagement program, coach, counsel, and discipline when needed.
• Cover sick calls, tardiness, and night‑audit shifts to ensure continuous coverage.
• Train and monitor service levels to meet 5‑star and 5‑diamond standards.
• Control expenses and labor costs to stay within budget.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel Front Office experience.
• At least 2 years as a Front Office Supervisor or 1 year as a Front Office Manager.
• Experience managing a team of 15 + employees.
• Forbes Audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professional communication.

Required skills

• Trainer‑level expertise in Opera PMS.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
