F&B Allround – Full-time Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the nhow Brussels team as an F&B Allround and be the face of our restaurant and banquet services. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience in an elegant hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized attention to all guests.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Maintain frequent contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Promote and explain the restaurant’s products and services.
• Review daily specials and menu changes with the F&B team.
• Handle restaurant reservations and coordinate with the kitchen for accurate, timely orders.
• Set up and clean tables in the restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Follow brand‑specific processes for product setup, quality, and service.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
