About the role
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Avani Quy Nhon Resort & Spa. In this front‑office position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and manage bookings using the property management system.
- Greet, register and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding service throughout the stay, addressing enquiries, requests and comments promptly.
- Settle guest accounts and process payments at departure.
- Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with other hotel departments.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) (preferred).
