Training & Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

As a Training & Process Improvement Specialist within AXA Partners' Business Enabling and Transformation team, you will align training programs with strategic goals and evolving processes in the Healthcare Department. You will modernise learning methodologies, ensure process quality, and support change initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and modernise training approaches and modules, catering to diverse learning styles.
• Animate and monitor skill development, evaluating training effectiveness and aligning it with business needs.
• Promote a culture of self‑learning, process awareness and customer satisfaction.
• Map, analyse and improve core processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
• Keep process documentation up‑to‑date and organise upskilling or reskilling programmes as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to identify organisational needs and act as gatekeeper for main processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with fluency in French, Dutch and English.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in training, process improvement or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, both face‑to‑face and remote.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in MS Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
