Human Resources Manager

About the role

Redwire Space is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. You will align HR strategy with business objectives, support a fast‑growing aerospace team, and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy for a group of ~200 employees and growing.
• Oversee daily HR functions across three countries, ensuring compliance with local standards.
• Design, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Expert.
• Administer compensation and benefits packages, advising leadership on adjustments.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts confidentially.
• Engage with stakeholders including executives, line managers and staff.
• Drive performance management processes and provide tools for managers.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Analyze employee engagement data and act on insights.
• Provide administrative oversight of health, wellness, travel, training and canteen services.
• Lead and mentor the broader HR team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR management experience with regional oversight.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal communication.
• In‑depth knowledge of Belgian labour law and willingness to learn Luxembourg and Poland regulations.
• Expertise in conflict resolution, data‑driven decision making and change management.
• Experience communicating in multinational environments.
• Native Dutch speaker with professional English proficiency.
