About the role

Senior HR Business Partner for the Digital & Technology portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and driving transformation, people strategy and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner strategically with Digital & Technology leadership and translate business priorities into an actionable HR agenda.
• Drive organisational transformation, including Agile operating models and governance structures.
• Shape and support organisational design, workforce planning, skills development and internal mobility.
• Lead and enable change initiatives, ensuring business continuity and a positive employee experience.
• Coach senior leaders to increase impact, decision‑making and team effectiveness.
• Leverage data and analytics, exploring AI‑driven solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of HR experience, including a senior HR Business Partner role.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
• Proven track record in complex transformation environments.
• Experience in large, stakeholder‑rich organisations.
• Solid understanding of Digital & Technology environments and ways of working.
