About the role
Join the Technical Support Team of a fast‑growing IT company in Belgium. You will be the last line of defence, solving complex issues for customers and partners using our ticketing system, a company‑issued computer, and your analytical mind.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and resolve highly complex technical problems.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal team.
- Provide quick, accurate feedback to customers via email.
- Develop or improve internal tools to streamline support processes.
- Maintain and evolve existing solutions as requirements change.
Required profile
- Expertise in at least one programming language.
- Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, object modelling and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Diplomatic communication skills and fluency in English.
