Research Lead

About the role

At Televic Conference you will join a team of experienced engineers developing advanced communication solutions for parliaments, boardrooms and international institutions. You will lead the translation of emerging technology trends into robust conferencing products while shaping the long‑term research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and own internal research projects that align with product and technology strategy.
• Identify and develop collaboration and funding opportunities with universities, research institutes and technology partners.
• Conduct hands‑on experiments and validate research ideas through prototypes.
• Translate emerging technologies into concrete project proposals and feasibility studies.
• Align research activities with the product roadmap and ensure knowledge transfer to development teams.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and external research projects.
• Strong knowledge in at least two areas such as audio/video signal processing, wired/wireless technologies, AI or machine learning.
• Proven ability to perform hands‑on validation of research concepts.
