Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join the fastest‑growing IT company in Belgium. You will be the last line of defence, solving complex issues for customers and partners using our ticketing system, a company‑issued computer and your analytical mind.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and resolve highly complex technical problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers via email.
• Develop or improve internal tools to streamline support processes.
• Maintain and evolve existing solutions as requirements change.

Required profile

• Expertise in at least one programming language.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, data modelling and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Diplomatic communication skills and fluency in English.
